After the presentation, the choice of the warehouse in Targowisko turned out to be the closest to our expectations.- A need for continued expansion and building a strong operational back-up near Kraków decided to consolidate our activities from central Poland. The flexibility of the developer itself proved to be also crucial,” said Iwona Pałaszewska, Director of the Procurement and Logistics Department, FCA.

Surroundings of Kraków with an attractive location for employees and a magnet for tenants
“This is another transaction that indicates that the areas to the east of Kraków are a good direction for developing the local warehouse market. Developers have met customers’ expectations and are locating their investments in the regions that significantly shorten commuting times, including avoiding traffic jams at the entrance or in Kraków itself and still have much-qualified staff. The vast commercialization process indicates that we can expect new projects in this location to find their tenants just as quickly,” comments Marta Nowik, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO.
“It is a remarkable success to complete the commercialization process within ten months of starting construction. It proves above all the skilful positioning of our investments, based on local characteristics and customers’ needs. At the same time, it should be emphasized that the facility itself is in line with our latest strategy. We take care to ensure energy efficiency for our tenants and apply a number of pro-ecological solutions. In Panattoni Kraków East II, we have used a glass façade, providing the space’s better illumination. We have created a green zone in front of the entrance to the offices, which improves working comfort,” summarizes Filip Noworól, Leasing Manager, Panattoni.
