In Goodman Sosnowiec Logistics Centre there is planned new warehouse for Inter Cars Group. It is the largest automotive spare parts distributor in Central and Eastern Europe. ILS Company is being leased actually space in this complex (24,800 sq m of warehouse space and 1,500 sq m of office space). With this project, the bank of space in Goodman Logistics Centre is going to increase to 60%. The warehouse will be designated for warehousing and logistics operations.

Goodman Sosnowiec Logistics Centre is warehouse park with total space of 66,000 sq m. Distance from Sosnowiec is 15 km. Park has got really convenient location – nearby there is the S1 express road, which links to the A4 motorway and A1 motorway. Because of the well-developed infrastructure of public transport, there is a possibility to acquire qualified staff.
