AXI IMMO – an expert in the commercial real estate, brokered the lease of warehouse and office space for ABB and Berfin. The broker advised on the signing of two lease agreements for ABB in Tulipan Park Łódź and ProLogis Park Wroclaw III and extended the contract for Berfin at ProLogis Park Janki.

AXI IMMO for ABB

AXI IMMO completed two major lease transactions for ABB – an international manufacturer of equipment used in the power and automation industry. The lease agreement is for space in Łódź and Wrocław. In Łódź, the company has leased a total of 1500 m2 of warehouse and office space in the Small Business Unit in Tulipan Park Łódź. This park is located in the eastern part of Łódź, about 6 km from the city centre. Its advantage is the excellent access from the A2 motorway 15 kilometres away, while the future A1 motorway is 2 km away. In turn, in Wrocław, the company leased 8000 m2 of production and office space at ProLogis Park Wrocław III. The location is attractive due to the direct vicinity of the airport, at the junction of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. Both parks are located in regions of vital importance for ABB.

AXI IMMO for Berfin

AXI IMMO recently brokered the extension of the lease in ProLogis Park Janki for Berfin – the leading manufacturer of carpets in Poland. The agreement covers the lease of around 3700 m2 of warehouse and office space. It is a convenient location, near the Katowice highway, where the company has direct access to Warsaw and good connections to southern Poland.
