AXI IMMO for Aviva Investors. New lease transaction in Wroclaw Business Park
AXI IMMO has advised Aviva Investors, the owner of Wroclaw Business Park, in warehouse and office space lease transaction for Plastics Group.
The new tenant has leased 1980 sqm of warehouse space and 120 sqm of office space.
Plastics Group Sp. z o.o. is a leading distributor of sheets, films and semi-finished plastic and aluminium products in Central and Eastern Europe. The company offers high-quality products that are used in many sectors of the economy – in aluminium construction, packaging, advertising as well as in graphics and digital printing.
When choosing warehouse space, we wanted a high standard and a convenient location in the city. The new warehouse in the Psie Pole district allows us to further streamline and speed up the supply chain to our customers in Wroclaw and the region – said Zbigniew Tulwin, CEO Plastics Group.
We are pleased that another company has decided on warehouse and office space in Wroclaw Business Park. Tenants are interested in the project due to the favorable location in Wroclaw and the choice of smaller modules than those that are usually available in large warehouse parks. Wroclaw Business Park is a modern, urban warehouse park located in the north-eastern part of the Wroclaw. The project consists of two buildings with a total area of 9.300 sqm. A convenient location, high class warehouse and office space and flexible modules are the advantages of the park in Wroclaw. The owner of the park is the fund Aviva Investors.
