ID Logistics at PointPark Mszczonów
ID Logistics will occupy 15 000 sqm. of warehouse space at PointPark Mszczonów. The park is located south-west of Warsaw, by the E67 Warsaw-Katowice route and 30 minutes from Okęcie International Airport. The park has its own railway siding and all the necessary transport facilities.
“Zone III of Warsaw at the end of 2011, along with the selected sites in Central Poland, was in the highest supply in the market. This large rental agreement may be a harbinger of growth in demand in the region and a confirmation of the soundness of the market. In particular, the Mszczonów storage basin is a good location for distribution companies due to the ability to organise a supply chain on a national scale, as well as in Warsaw and the surrounding area. PointPark Mszczonów is located close to main road routes and also uses the town’s ring road. In addition, the site has high-quality technical solutions that have a favourable effect on the optimisation of storage and distribution planning” – said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
We are pleased that ID Logistics has once again allowed us to advise them on their choice of warehouse space. It is important to us and confirms the quality of our work” – added Renat Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
