Companies and projects that have the greatest impact on the events of the commercial real estate market, personalities whose spectacular activities play a key role in the development of the industry, as well as creators of creative, innovative and advanced technologies for real estate were honoured during the 13th edition of the Prime Property Prize competition and the 7th edition of the PropTech Festival. The statuettes designed and made by Oskar Zięta were presented to the winners during a ceremonial gala that took place on September 16 this year and accompanied the Property Forum 2024 conference.

The award ceremony at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel was hosted by Małgorzata Burzec-Lewandowska and Robert Posytek, publishing directors of Real Estate, Architecture, Interiors at the PTWP Group, who are the authors of the Property Forum programme. During the ceremony, the winners of both competitions were announced and honoured. This year, the Prime Property Prize 2024 statuettes were awarded in 15 categories: Investor-Friendly City, Developer of the Year – Offices, Developer of the Year – Retail, Developer of the Year – Warehouses, Developer of the Year – Hotels, Developer of the Year – Apartments and PRS, Tenant of the Year – Offices, Tenant of the Year – Retail, Tenant of the Year – Warehouses, Hotels – Chain of the Year, Investor of the Year, Advisor of the Year, Building of the Year, Interior of the Year and Man of the Year PropertyNews.pl.

In the Advisor of the Year category, the award went to the AXI IMMO group, which leased approximately 6 million sqm between 2009 and 2024 of commercial space. The Competition Jury and PropertyNews.pl readers appreciated the active acquisition of new competences and excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Poland. The award was received by Renata Osiecka, Director of AXI IMMO.

During the gala accompanying the Property Forum in Warsaw, awards were also presented to the winners of the PropTech Festival plebiscite, addressed to creators of innovative technologies for real estate.

The Prime Property Prize 2024 award ceremony was a summary of the first day of the 14th Property Forum (Warsaw, 16-17 September 2024), the largest conference in Poland devoted to commercial and residential real estate. The organiser is the PTWP Group, the publisher of the PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl portals and the organiser of such events as the European Economic Congress and 4 Design Days.
