The new location has also been designed to provide employees with comfortable, safe and modern working conditions that meet the highest organisational and technological standards. A new perspective on real estate and capital optimisation

Panattoni Park Warsaw North III is a modern logistics and warehouse centre located in Kobyłka, in the north‑eastern part of the Warsaw metropolitan area, close to the “Kobyłka” junction on the S8 expressway. Ultimately, the park will consist of three Class A warehouse halls with a total area of approximately 75,000 sqm. The property meets the technical standards required for modern logistics and distribution operations. The development will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
