AXI IMMO advised Cyprys on its 4,100 sqm lease at MDC2 Park Kraków South hall, Southern Poland
A manufacturer and supplier of furniture systems operates a new warehouse that holds the potential for future growth.

Cyprys Sp. z o.o., a manufacturer and supplier of ready-made furniture systems, decided to lease 4,100 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at MDC2 Park Kraków South, Skawina. AXI IMMO, a commercial real estate agency, was once again responsible for providing Cyprys with comprehensive advisory services throughout the entire leasing process.
Products manufactured and supplied by Cyprys sp. z o.o., which is a manufacturer and supplier of living room furniture, are sold at furniture stores owned and operated by Agata S.A. The company has been offering a wide range of services in the field of interior design and furnishing ever since it was founded in 1996. Her inventory includes pieces of furniture for the living room, the office, and youngsters.
Cyprys has leased a warehouse and office space with a total area of 4,100 sqm in MDC2 Park Kraków South. MDC2, a developer of sustainable warehouse spaces operating in the Polish market, together with investor Generali Real Estate, finalised this lease agreement. Marta Nowik, Director in the Industrial and Logistics Department of AXI IMMO Group, was responsible for the transaction on behalf of AXI IMMO.
“Collaborating with Cyprys on the next phase of development was a natural continuation of our previous efforts. It turned out to be crucial to find a space that meets current operational needs and at the same time offers potential for further growth. Thanks to the commitment of both parties, we were able to develop a solution tailored to the realities of the dynamically changing market,” says Marta Nowik, Director in the Industrial and Logistics Space Department, Axi Immo Group.
In the MDC2 Park Kraków South hall located in Skawina, 13 kilometres from the centre of Krakow, many technological solutions have been implemented to minimise CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere, including adapting the roofs for the installation of photovoltaic panels and installing electric vehicle chargers on the premises. Over-standard solutions were also implemented, including additional daylighting and increased building insulation. Additionally, 95% of the building materials used in the project are recyclable. The southern facade, which is most exposed to heating, is covered by a wall of evergreen climbing plants. The developer also included a natural rainwater retention system. Surrounded by buildings, within the MDC2 Park Kraków South area, there are biodiverse green spaces rich in local flora and fauna.
MDC2 Park Kraków South warehouse park consists of three buildings with a total area of 82,200 sqm. Stryker, a global medical technology company, has already fully leased one of the buildings, covering 36,200 sqm. The logistics services leader, InPost, will operate in the next building.
