This time Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź received a stamp of approval from its current tenants – Delfarma Sp. z o. o., which will stay on nearly 5,000 sqm, while Damco Poland Sp. z o. o. has increased its currently occupied space by more than 2,100 sqm.

Situated within the city limits, Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź marries the functions of a warehouse with those of a prestigious office, in the form of small business units. The innovative value of the project has been recognised by its current customers – Delfarma Sp. z o.o. decided to renew the lease contract for nearly 5,000 sqm, while Damco Poland Sp. z o.o. leased an additional 2,100 sqm.

Delfarma Sp. z o.o., has its Polish head office at Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź. The tenant leases close to 5,000 sqm. Due to the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry, the space features rooms with controlled temperature, which is a must for the pharmaceuticals stored. Delfarma has lead the market of medical parallel imports since 2005, with a nearly 40% market share, which yields more than 100 M PLN per year in savings for hospital and NFZ patients. In turn, Damco Poland Sp. z o.o. – one of the leading international logistics operators, which has been providing comprehensive logistics solutions in Poland for 20 years, has increased its leased space by an extra 2,100 sqm. The company will now lease 6,400 sqm at Panattoni Łódź Business Center.
