3,000 sqm leased in MLP Bieruń. A new lease agreement in cooperation with AXI IMMO
AXI IMMO consultants have advised Düwi International in lease negotiations with MLP Bieruń.

The company has leased nearly 3,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space.
Düwi International is an importer and supplier of high-quality wiring and lighting products, antenna, telecommunications, computer and audio-video accessories and bicycle products. The company has been operating in Europe for nearly 40 years, and in Poland for 17 years. Düwi International belongs to the German group REV, which has offices in locations such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, and China. The company has leased a total of 2,964 sqm, including 2,650 sqm of warehouse-industrial space and 314 sqm of office-social space.
Before taking the final decision, we conducted a thorough analysis of our needs and potential sites, taking into account the company’s development strategy. We decided to rent warehouse and office space within MLP Bieruń due to the quality and comprehensive development services and the convenient location of the park. We are confident that the launch of operations in the new facility will contribute to the achievement of our goals and will support us in providing our clients with the highest quality of service – said Agnieszka Puchała, financial director at Düwi International.
The production and warehouse facility with an associated office and social module is part of the latest development from MLP Group in Bieruń. The customer was looking for modern industrial space in Tychy and the surrounding area. The MLP Bieruń project proved to be the best choice because of the location and attractive, competitive lease terms. The client will move into the new space, which has a higher standard than before – added Anna Głowacz, Associate Director at AXI IMMO.

MLP Bieruń in the Katowice Special Economic Zone
MLP Bieruń is a park located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The advantage of the logistics centre’s location is its easy access to major roads and cities in Upper Silesia. The park is located near the S1 expressway and the A4 motorway (Mysłowice junction). MLP Bieruń covers an area of 11.5 hectares. Ultimately, the MLP Group park will have production and warehouse halls with a total area of 55,000 m2.
