The centre is also in negotiations with other tenants, including household appliance and electronics retailers as well as an interior furnishings store and automotive store. It already has tenants such as Biedronka, Domex, Puma, Gatta, Kastor, Primastrada, Oksana, Elektro-Max, Kros and Q-Shop. The investor behind Korczowa Dolina is a company of the same name, the majority shareholder of which is Robert Karczewski. Axi Immo is responsible for the commercialisation process.
