Two new tenants have leased space in the Korczowa Dolina retail park in Młyny in Podkarpackie province.
Budotar is to open a 1,500 sqm DIY store, while Signal i Szynaka Meble is to open a 600 sqm furniture shop. The centre is also in negotiations with other tenants, including household appliance and electronics retailers as well as an interior furnishings store and automotive store. The 15,000 sqm Hala Kijowska – one of three halls planned for the project – has been operating in the park for a year. It already has tenants such as Biedronka, Domex, Puma, Gatta, Kastor, Primastrada, Oksana, Elektro-Max, Kros and Q-Shop. The investor behind Korczowa Dolina is a company of the same name, the majority shareholder of which is Robert Karczewski. Axi Immo is responsible for the commercialisation process.
