TVM Group has expanded its warehouse footprint in Poland by an additional 10,000 sqm. Larger facilities in the Warsaw region (Pruszków) and Poznań (Gądki), as well as a new warehouse in Gdańsk, further strengthen the company’s operational capabilities. TVM Group was supported throughout the property selection process and lease negotiations by AXI IMMO, Poland’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm.

TVM Group expands its warehouse network in Poland

Since 2012, TVM has been providing transport services and specialises in groupage shipments, serving both Polish and international logistics operators as well as freight forwarding companies. With a fleet of nearly 500 delivery vehicles and lorries, the company operates across 19 European countries.

A key component of TVM’s operating model is its network of cross-dock warehouses, which support the organisation of domestic and international routes and increase the availability of the local fleet, enabling faster and more flexible handling of orders. The new warehouse in Gdańsk, along with the expanded facilities near Warsaw and in Gądki, will contribute to further strengthening this model in Poland.

With AXI IMMO’s support, TVM Group has strengthened its warehouse operations across three locations. The leased space in the Warsaw region comprises 3,210 sqm of warehouse area and 131 sqm of office space. The facility near Gdańsk provides 3,416 sqm of warehouse space and 101 sqm of offices, while near Poznań the company has leased 3,000 sqm of warehouse space and 415 sqm allocated to offices.

The Gdańsk warehouse has been in operational use by TVM since October last year. The facilities in Gądki and Pruszków will become operational at the end of March. The completed projects form part of TVM’s long-term strategy for expanding its European warehouse network, strengthening the company’s capacity to handle rising transport volumes.
