Panattoni Europe as a property manager
Panattoni Europe has signed a contract with Pramerica
Panattoni Europe, a developer of industrial space, has signed a contract with Pramerica Real Estate Investors (“Pramerica).
The agreement relates to property management Airport Logistic Park, located adjacent to the international airport in Prague.
Panattoni Europe has become the manager of over 56 000 sqm. Panattoni will also be responsible for commercialization of the facility and asset management, logistics center. Airport Logistic Park includes three warehouse buildings that are rented at 70 percent.
