New lease agreement in Panattoni Park Ożarów
Panattoni Europe, a leader of the industrial area has signed two new lease.
New tenants in the Panattoni Park Ożarów were Company: Mercator Paper Sp. Ltd., one of the largest paper distributors in the world and Rhenus Office Data Poland Sp. z o. o., engaged in biotechnology, recycling, and logistics.
Contracts cover more than 4 000 sqm of an existing surface. In the case of Mercator Paper lease agreement related to the expansion of 2 600 m2 of space in Panattoni Park Ożarów, and the company Rhenus belongs to the new tenants of the park in Ożarów. It will occupy a 370 m2 warehouse space, including 60 m2 of office space.
Panattoni Park Ożarów three buildings totaling 67.800 square meters of warehouse space. The whole building is 95 percent leased. During construction there is a 37 000 m2, which consists of two buildings. One of them is an object of type build-to-suit (BTS) fully adapted to the requirements and procedures occurring in the pharmaceutical industry. The investment incurred for the company Neuca SA, and its size is almost 20 100 m2 (about 18 050 m2 warehouse and more than 2 050 m2 of office space).
The second object in the course of a warehouse of 17 600 m2, whose tenants were: logistics operator Loxxess-Transteam Sp. z o. o. (7 670 m2) and the operator of the telecommunications industry (9 910 m2).
