PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna’s 15,000 sqm pre-let transaction launches Panattoni City Logistics Łódź V

PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna is Poland’s largest purchasing group in the bathroom fittings sector, bringing together 16 leading companies from the ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and fittings industries. PGC works with over 40 global suppliers, creates its own brands and develops sales in the wholesale, export and DIY markets. City Logistics Łódź V will serve as the tenant’s central warehouse for the domestic market, as well as the company’s headquarters. The facility will employ around 70 people.

Warehouse aligned with the operational and sales requirements of PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna

The facility will be adapted to the specific nature of the business – some products will be stored on specialised racking designed for large-scale goods. The development will also include a showroom for presenting the range to business clients. The developer will also provide a 2,000 sqm storage yard and 900 sqm of modern, high-standard office space. PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna will commence operations at the facility in the first quarter of 2027 and reach full operational capacity in the second quarter.

City Logistics Łódź V is a modern Class A facility located on Lodowa Street, approximately 10 km from the centre of Łódź. Its location in Widzew ensures excellent accessibility for employees thanks to a well-developed public transport infrastructure, as well as favourable conditions for logistics operations – close to major transport routes, including the A1 (9 km) and A2 motorways and the S14 route (16 km). The proximity of Łódź Airport (12 km) further enhances access to domestic and international connections. The park has been designed with tenants from various sectors in mind – flexible modules allow the space to be adapted to diverse operational needs.

The development will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. Solutions to reduce energy and water consumption and support sustainable development will be implemented in the development.
