New customer in Panattoni Park Wrocław II
SATO POLSKA Sp. z o.o. will lease 2,700 sqm in the newly built facility of Panattoni Park Wrocław II.

Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial space developer in Poland, reported concluding a new contract for the expansion of the Lower Silesian Panattoni Park Wrocław II. SATO POLSKA Sp. z o.o. is the tenant of the newly delivered 9,700 sqm facility and will lease 2,700 sqm of industrial space.
SATO POLSKA Sp. z o.o., the Polish branch of the Japanese pioneer in the Automated Data Identification and the authors of Data Collection and Labeling will lease 2,700 sqm in the newly built facility of Panattoni Park Wrocław II. This is the second customer of the new warehouse. The first is HILTI, which leased 3,500 sqm, both companies will occupy ca 64% of the building’s planned space.
The new facility covers 9,700 sqm and has expanded the already existing warehouse covering the area of 20,000 sqm. SATO POLSKA Sp. z o.o. will earmark the newly leased space for a distribution centre, servicing customers from CEE.
