Group Ghelamco sold Crown Square office building in Warsaw to Invesco Real Estate (IRE).
An office building with an area of 16 000 sq m was sold for $ 63.7 million EUR. The building has a BREEAM certificate, a magazine Eurobuild “recognized him as the best office project of 2010. Crow Square is the third and last building Ghelamco complex forming part of the Crown Investments Wola.
