Automotive component producer Valeo Service Eastern Europe and logistics operator CAT LC Polska have both signed a long-term lease for almost 11,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Tulipan Park Stryków.

The tenants are to move into the build-to-suit project after its completion in Q2 this year.  Valeo is to occupy 9,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, with CAT to take up the remaining 2,000 sqm. Tulipan Park Stryków is partly located within Łódź Special Economic Zone.

Segro is the developer of the complex, which offers around 180,000 sqm of warehouse, production and office space in completed buildings. Eventually, it could offer 400,000 sqm.
