The Wrocław region is an excellent location for distribution centres and production plants serving Western Europe. From January to the end of March 2025, the new supply of warehouses in Wrocław and its surroundings amounted to 319 thousand square meters. This is the best result in Poland during this period.

The Wrocław region is chosen, among other reasons, for its very good road infrastructure (A4 and A8 motorways and S3, S5, and S8 motorways) and the high availability of workers.

Wrocław and its surroundings are a region where sectors such as FMCG, couriers, light manufacturing, e-commerce, and production are developing. The voivodeship enjoys high tenant activity, which has resulted in an 11.6% vacancy rate by the end of the first quarter.
