The Łódź warehouse market is Poland's third-largest and a key distribution hub for Central and Eastern Europe. The vacancy rate in Łódzkie Voivodeship stood at 4.8%. At the end of June, 163,000 sq m of commercial industrial space remained under construction. Base rents in the region ranged from EUR 3.70 to EUR 4.50 per sq m per month.
