Mazowieckie Voivodeship is Poland's main and the largest warehouse market. Logistics companies, distribution companies, courier and delivery companies, the e-commerce sector, and service companies chose Masovian Voivodeship as a central location. In the Masovian Voivodeship was leased in a total of 267 thousand square meters of the modern logistics and production space, and it was the most of all in Poland from January to the end of March 2025. Among them were the rental of 23,800 square meters in the GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre park and 20,000 square meters in the Waimea Logistics Park Modlin park.
