The Wrocław Warehouse Region has been a dynamically developing area for many years, offering modern warehouse and logistics spaces in western Poland. Wrocław and its surroundings are a region where sectors such as FMCG, couriers, light manufacturing, e-commerce, and production are developing. The voivodeship enjoys high tenant activity, which has resulted in an 11.6% vacancy rate by the end of the first quarter.
