New faces in Millenium Logistic Parks
Pcms has leased over 4,100 sqm in the MLP Tychy logistics park.
The production and warehouse complex is located within the Tychy subzone of the Katowice Special Economic Zone and offers an area of 96,000 sqm. In addition, furniture manufacturer Global Kruś has leased over 2,000 sqm of production and nearly 400 sqm of office space in MLP Pruszków II. The hall is to include a plant for the production of shop and office furniture.
