AXI IMMO on a larger and modernized space in Spektrum Tower

Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner, AXI IMMO, says: “Renegotiating the lease and adapting the office space to our needs, including the targeted selection of additional space for our growing operational departments, was a key step in the company’s continued growth. We were able to maximise the space with the new build-out, modifying it to match the requirements of a contemporary hybrid working paradigm and fostering the innovation and productivity of our teams. With this solution, the business can handle the market’s volatile swings and the real estate sector’s explosive expansion. Consequently, Spektrum Tower is becoming our company’s headquarters and a strategically important location symbolising a dedication to producing work of the highest calibre and a will to succeed.”

Joanna Kowalewska, Chief Operational Officer, AXI IMMO, underlines: “One of the key changes related to the selection and new arrangement of office space was the fact that in recent years, we have developed our operational departments and opened a Valuation and Consultancy department. Despite the choice to reorganise into a hot-desking system, we continue to operate under a mixed working style. Bringing the departments that work together the most often closer was another step. We have ensured they can communicate information more rapidly and assess collaborative initiatives more truthfully and efficiently. Our workplace also has new conference rooms and quiet areas. To improve the convenience of video conferencing, we also decided to modernise the AV systems in the conference rooms.”

Excellent location in the city center of Warsaw

Marcin Dondalski, Asset Management & Leasing Manager, Globalworth, comments: “AXI IMMO has occupied Spektrum Tower for eight years. The tenant values the building’s convenient central position inside the Central Business District and the infrastructure offered. Convenient proximity to several retail and service outlets and the second metro line is advantageous for employees. Consequently, Spektrum Tower is regarded as a cutting-edge office complex with cosy workspaces. The fact that AXI IMMO renewed the contract indicates that the building’s continuous ownership management model and the technological advancements carried out by Globalworth satisfy the needs of several businesses.”

As part of the lease extension, AXI IMMO operates in approximately 500 sq m of office space. The tenant decided to entrust fit-out work to NAB Group Sp. z o.o. Interiors provided new interior furnishings, while LOWOL Group Sp. z o.o. was responsible for modernising the audio-video system.

Karolina Jasiaczyk, Business Development Director, NAB Group Sp. z o.o. adds: “The work schedule was extremely tight, and the design&build implementation required us to plan appropriately for the design, logistics, and fit-out work. The redevelopment provided the client additional space and workstations and refreshed the existing space. The much-anticipated boost in efficiency and improved work organisation brought about by the new office layout and design will undoubtedly result in higher job satisfaction.”
