AXI IMMO, an expert in commercial real estate, in last few weeks, has advised on the lease and renegotiation of leases for the companies Igepa Poland and Pyroll. Igepa has leased warehouse and office space at MLP Pruszkow II and Pyroll has extended its contract in Diamond Business Park Stryków.
Igepa is a nationwide distributor of paper and graphics cardboard, office paper and materials for visual communication. In Poland, the company has warehouses in Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw and Lodz. The company has leased 3 000 sqm of warehouse space and 300 of office space in MLP Pruszków.
Pyroll is one of Scandinavia’s largest manufacturers of packaging, paper, and materials needed in advertising. The company occupies more than 3 900 sqm of office and warehouse space in Diamond Business Park Stryków.
“Companies from the paper industry are an important client for the warehouse sector. Despite the increase of raw material prices in the paper industry and the increasing importance of the Internet, the sector grows. A key factor in the selection of warehouse space for companies in this sector is the location close to the main roads, which allows organizing flexible distribution.” – said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
MLP Pruszków II is one of the MLP Group’s parks which is located in Pruszków. On the area of 67 ha will be developed 302 000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The complex is located nearby A2 motorway, only 3 km from junction Pruszków. Convenient location and good road infrastructure guarantee effective distribution in national and international scale. MLP Group offers BTS projects at the park.
Diamond Business Park Stryków is located near the junction of the A1 and A2, about 18 km from Łódź city centre and 24 km from the airport. The first phase of a modern park has 38 400 sqm office and warehouse space. Owner AIG/Lincoln also offers the opportunity to build an object according to individual client’s needs.
