AXI IMMO, the largest Polish commercial real estate advisory firm, continues to strengthen its position in the office sector and expand its structures in southern Poland. With established regional offices in Katowice, Kraków, and Wrocław, the company is enhancing the capabilities of its Office Agency team across these markets. Experienced professionals Karolina Słysz and Elżbieta Golik have joined the team.

This is a deliberate operational decision aimed at being closer to our clients and responding more efficiently to companies executing office projects outside the capital. Alongside further strengthening our regional and Warsaw-based teams, we are also focusing on optimising internal processes to continuously enhance service quality and further develop our office sector advisory offering. All of these initiatives form part of our long-term strategy for growth in the office advisory segment.”

The following professionals have joined AXI IMMO’s Office Agency team:

Karolina Słysz, Head of Regional Markets, Office Agency, AXI IMMO. Karolina brings 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, specialising in tenant representation. She gained her professional experience within international advisory firms, delivering projects for both local clients and multinational corporations. Throughout her career, she has provided comprehensive lease advisory services, from strategy development and market analysis to negotiations and transaction finalisation. Karolina is a licensed real estate broker and has completed specialist training within the international CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) programme, further strengthening her expertise in commercial real estate investment and financial analysis. At AXI IMMO, she will be responsible for the regional office markets.

Elżbieta Golik, Associate Director, Office Agency, AXI IMMO. Elżbieta is an experienced commercial real estate professional with over 8 years of experience at international advisory firms. She specialises in tenant representation and comprehensive transaction management. As a licensed real estate broker, she supports clients in executing leasing strategies and optimising business decisions.

Tomasz Michalczyk adds: “2025 was a very strong operational year for our team, reflected both in the volume of transactions completed and in the continued development of our internal competencies. Within our Warsaw office team, we implemented further promotions and reinforcements, building a structure capable of managing increasingly complex tenant processes.”

The Office Agency team has also been strengthened by two additional professionals supporting the Warsaw market, while one team member has been promoted within the company’s structure.

Filip Kowalski, Associate Director, Office Agency, AXI IMMO. Filip has over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate market. He specialises in tenant representation, lease negotiations and office and warehouse leasing. He gained experience leading international real estate advisory firms and working with international developers. Filip is a licensed real estate broker certified by the Polish Federation of the Real Estate Market and holds an MSc in Professional Business Communication from Clark University. He will be based in AXI IMMO’s Warsaw office.

To enable career progression and further develop the Office Agency team, Anna Piłka-Sutkowska has been promoted to the position of Advisor. Anna has been with AXI IMMO for 4 years, initially joining as an Office Department Coordinator, supporting the Warsaw team with comprehensive tenant advisory processes. Following a successful transition into brokerage, her contribution to the development of the department and the firm has been recognised with her promotion to independent broker. Among her achievements is the lease transaction for serviced office operator New Work in the Metron building. She is also involved in the Top Woman in Real Estate mentoring programme.

Anna’s promotion was made possible through the appointment of Natalia Majsterek as Office Department Coordinator. Alongside her responsibilities within AXI IMMO’s Office Agency team, Natalia is pursuing a master’s degree in management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She previously gained professional experience in an investment fund specialising in non-bank financing, including mortgage-backed transactions and real estate debt recovery.
