The building was build in 1946 and housed the hotel Saski. It is now modernized and renovated historic tenement house. The total area of this 2 storey building is over 11000 sq m of which 4000 sq m are office space. It has 2 underground floors on which there is parking for 50 cars. Its bright façade and plenty of stucco is a distinctive and recognizable element in the area, what will easily identify this building. The building was designed by Allan Starski.

In the third quarter of 2023, one new office project was put into operation in Warsaw. It was S-Bridge Office Park A2, which added to the eastern office zone of Warsaw.
