According to a preliminary analysis by AXI IMMO experts, a new supply in 2023 on the Polish office market should amount to approx. 420,000 sq m area, with a division of 70,000 sq m delivered in Warsaw and approx. 350 thousand sq m in the regions, which will increase the total stock of the sector and exceed the 13 million sq m mark.

In line with the situation observed in recent quarters, these are the eight largest regional office markets, with a total supply of 6.75 million sq m, which will surpass Warsaw with 6.32 million sq m. At the same time, the capital remains the dominant market in Poland.

Apart from the capital city of Warsaw, office space for rent in the Masovian Voivodeship is located in cities such as Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Radom or Siedlce, but there are not many of them compared to the Warsaw market.
