High 5ive – an office in the heart of Kraków

The HighFive project is an rising office complex in Krakow, which will consist of five office buildings and will provide service and urban space. The entire complex will have 70000 sq m space to lease. The construction of two buildings (1 and 2) is currently under construction, which will provide totally about 23300 sq m of office space in the first quarter of 2018. The offices are applying for LEED – green building certification at the “gold” level. The first stage of HighFive will provide 171 parking spaces for Tenants use. The complex will also provide environmentally friendly facilities designed in accordance with the green building policy.

In addition to its excellent location, the building offers outstanding working conditions. It was constructed using eco-friendly materials and resources in a responsible and sustainable manner. The building features LED lighting, which is not only durable but also significantly reduces electricity consumption, as well as air purification systems that, through two-stage filtration, can effectively remove over 90% of fine airborne particles. The infrastructure also supports cyclists, with numerous bike parking spaces available.

Location

The office building is located in the heart of Kraków. Its proximity to the Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska provides both prestige and easy access to a wide range of retail and service amenities. With numerous public transport stops nearby, commuting to all districts of Kraków is quick and convenient, not only by car. The airport can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by car.
