The building is primarily used as office space (company headquarters), supplemented by a warehouse and a medical equipment service centre.
The building comprises three storeys: the lowest, housing the warehouse and service facilities, is partially sunken into the ground; the middle storey is office space; and the top storey is office and conference space with access to a sports pitch on the roof of the lower storey. The structure is formed from offset, interconnected cuboid modules, and the reinforced concrete frame, constructed using a slab-and-column system, is topped by a flat roof. The designed circulation layout around the building allows for easy movement around the site, including for people with disabilities.

One of the building’s key features is its modern and distinctive façade, as well as its high-quality finish.

Location

The CX2 office building project is located in Balice, near Kraków, within the municipality of Zabierzów. The building is situated close to the ring road, to the west of Kraków.
