Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial space developer in Poland is expanding Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. Another 11 500 m² will be added to the existing building covering an area of 29 700 m². The first tenant of the newly developed space is a logistics company that is to lease 2 400 m².
The first building of Panattoni Park Wrocław II will be built in three phases. Section 1a (20 000 m²) was built in 2009, while section 1b (9 700 m²) was finalized in Q4 2010. In March this year the construction of the final, 1c, the section will be kicked off, of which 2 400 m² was leased to one of the leading logistics operators. In the future, the second building of 20 000 m² is planned for construction, thanks to which the whole complex will cover ca 60 000m².
Panattoni Park Wrocław II is the developer’s second modern distribution centre in Lower Silesia. Nowa Wieś, the site of the investment, is located 14 km from the centre of Wrocław and only 13 km from the international airport in Wrocław, connecting the largest European capitals.
