The Bridge
Modern office space
The Bridge is a prestigious glass skyscraper located in the Central Business District and in the vicinity of Warsaw Spire, Daszyński Roundabout and major traffic arteries. It has 40 floors and 47,000 sqm of office space. The area of a typical floor is about 1,100 sqm. The office building is connected by a common, representative lobby with the historic and restored building of the former Bellona Publishing House. In this way, a symbolic bridge was created, which connects old architecture with new, history with modernity. The skyscraper offers attractive office space with a magnificent view of the Warsaw skyline. The high standard of finishes, the use of ergonomic and pro-ecological solutions confirmed by WELL and BREEAM certificates, the possibility of flexible interior design, modern design, as well as glazed elevations and optimal access to daylight, ensure comfortable working conditions. Tenants have at their disposal a café on the first floor, a multi-level underground parking garage, electric car chargers and locker rooms and showers for cyclists. Surrounding the building is a green urban space with fountains and elements of small architecture, complemented by a gastronomic and retail area.
Location
The Bridge is located in Warsaw's Wola district, close to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The neighborhood of top-class office buildings, skyscrapers, banks, international companies, as well as hotels, theaters, stores, cafes and restaurants, creates an inspiring business environment. The vibrant neighborhood provides inspiration and motivation for action, and is also a place for business and social gatherings. The location allows efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transportation. Numerous bus and streetcar stops are nearby, as well as the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro line II station. It takes about 7 minutes to get by car to the Warsaw Central Railway Station, about 18 minutes to Warsaw Chopin Airport.
