In the first half of 2017, a record-breaking demand was recorded compared with the corresponding period in previous years. They rented a total of over 1.82 million square metres of storage space. This result is 32% better compared with the same period in the previous year.
At the beginning of the year, 720 thousand square metres of industrial space were put into operation. Developers aren’t slowing down because 1.71 million square metres are under construction.
