One of the biggest manager and developer on real estate market in Poland is going to build 22,500 sq m property in Gliwice Logistics Centre. The developer has got the first customer – it will be Zarys International Group, distributor of pharmacy devices. Zarys is going to lease 9,100 sq m of warehouse and office space (8,600 sq m – warehouse space, remaining 500 sq m – office space).
