Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne Investing is planning to build the Centrum Handlowo-Usługowe Przywidzka retail park on ul. Przywidzka near the S6 ring road in Gdańsk.

The app. 13,000 sqm centre, which is to be developed opposite the Fashion House Outlet Centre, will include app. 23 outlets with parking facilities for app. 230 cars. The planned launch date of the project is 2014. “Negotiations with the first tenants are in progress,” says Tomasz Tymiński, head of the retail area department in Axi Immo, which is responsible for the commercialization of the facility. Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne Investing is also developing the Kowale shopping centre in TriCity area through SPV company Impress. The facility is to be opened at the end of October later this year and is already 80-pct leased.
