The awards were presented during the CIJ Awards Gala held at the Hotel Verte Warsaw Marriott Autograph Collection.

Polish largest commercial real estate advisory firm, AXI IMMO Group, was honoured with two awards during the 24th edition of the CIJ Awards Poland, which took place on March 25, 2025. The company received the title of Best Local Real Estate Agency of the Year, while Renata Osiecka was named Leadership of the Year.

The CIJ Awards are the longest-running commercial real estate award program in Poland. For 24 years, it has recognised companies and leaders who significantly contributed to market development. The event is organised by CIJ EUROPE, a leading digital and print real estate news platform in Central and Southeast Europe, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.

The CIJ Awards are a key benchmark for companies operating across Poland, Central, and Southeastern Europe. Winners of national categories automatically qualify for the Best of the Best HOF Awards, where top players from 10 countries compete at the international level.
