AXI IMMO – an expert in the commercial real estate, has brokered two agreements to lease 6,700 sqm. of warehouse and office space for the largest press distributors in Poland Kolporter JSC and Ruch JSC Both companies have leased space in the Mełgiewska Logistics Centre in Lublin. Kolporter JSC has leased 1,500 sqm. and Ruch JSC 5200 sqm.

Miełgiewska Logistics Centre is a modern warehouse complex located near the E372 expressway and the No. 12 national highway, in the eastern part of Lublin on ul. Mełgiewska. Given its convenient location, it can serve eastern and southern Poland and also Poland’s eastern neighbours. It is the first such warehouse complex in Lublin. Both warehouses in Mełgiewska Logistics Centre are class A and the warehouse facilities have a total surface area of 22,000 sqm. In addition, there is also a class A office building in the neighbourhood with an area of over 1,200 sqm.

Warehouse market in the Lublin area

The warehouse market in Lublin has been very limited until recently, until developers saw the investment potential of the city and the region, especially to meet the demand for small and medium-sized storage areas within cities. An additional benefit in such sites is the option of renting high-quality office space.

“Most modern warehouse stock in Poland located within city limits has been available mainly in Warsaw and Łódź, but the Polish warehouse map is showing gradual changes.
