The new department, three new offices, expanded competencies, and a range of services, AXI IMMO A.D. 2022 is an increasingly stronger and complete brand making a brighter presence on the Polish commercial real estate market. Founded in 2009, the company is still on a growth path with a huge appetite for more.

One department = many opportunities

The process of expanding AXI IMMO’s competencies began in May 2022. The joining of Grzegorz Chmielak and the opening of a new business line, “Valuations and Advisory,” enabled the company to strengthen its portfolio of offered services significantly. In addition, due to Grzegorz’s many years of experience and excellent knowledge of investment processes, he took the position of Head of the Capital Markets Department. Then, in October 2022, the company decided to extend its services to the youngest and one of the most promising real estate segments, i.e., the institutional rental market so-called PRS (Private Rented Sector).

“The institutional rental market is fresh air on the domestic real estate sector. In the lack of quality products from other segments, PRS is becoming an ideal alternative for investors who want to remain active in Poland. Admittedly, the market is still young and unstable, so it requires dialogue from all participants, i.e., developers, advisory firms, or the funds themselves, to develop clear standards and expectations for each party. At the beginning of this phase, we are definitely in a better position to be a party involved in its professionalization,” says Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner, AXI IMMO.

Six offices in Poland

After last year’s lease renewals for the headquarters in Warsaw and Katowice, as well as the opening of a new satellite office in Tri-City, AXI IMMO has decided to increase its visibility in more cities. The portfolio of regional offices has been expanded with offices in the Imperial building in Krakow and the West4 development in Wroclaw. The company’s Lodz Team moved to the React office building.

“This is our 13th operating year, in which we have executed 100% of the plan. Each of the decisions we made was good and had the intended effect. The six regional offices are, first and foremost, a guarantee for each client that their business will be taken care of by a local, experienced expert with excellent market knowledge. It also guarantees time and personalized care of the entrusted project. We have decided that we measure success not in the number of concluded transactions but in the quality of the relationship we develop with each client. We are not afraid to dream because this is, first and foremost, the result of hard work and striving to achieve our goals. What’s next? Ahead of us is the round 15th anniversary of the company’s founding, so we will certainly make sure that there is a lot of publicity about us,” concludes Renata Osiecka.
