Panattoni Europe, an industry leader in warehouse space in Poland, informs on extended contracts in Panattoni Park Łódź East. Until five customers: Flextronics, Hartmann, Lekkerland, Schenker and the Center company has signed with a developer a new lease agreement totalling 45 600 m².
Panattoni Park Łódź East is one of the four parks in central Poland. Currently consists of three buildings with a total area of 92 200 m². Ultimately, the entire park will have a surface of more than 160 000 square meters in five buildings. The investment is located in Widzew district in Łódź, in the immediate vicinity of the planned node Andrespol A1 (Gdańsk-Cieszyn). Panattoni Park Łódź East lies in the eastern part of town, just 10 miles from its centre.
