The two-stage project will offer app. 7,400 sqm of high storage warehousing space and app. 3,200 sqm of office space. The warehouse section, comprised of two warehouse halls, is set to open at the beginning of next year. The tenants are already able to rent this space, starting from leases as small as 500-600 sqm. The park’s office section on the other hand will be completed in Q1 2015. “The work progresses according to the set up schedule. We are now finishing up the façade work. Both stages of the project are set to be completed as originally planned,” says Ryszard Gretkowski, vice-president of the board at 7R Logistic. The project’s general contractor is Dekpol.
