Opole economic data Warehouses

The warehouse market in the Opole Region, as the entire Opole Voivodeship, is one of the few emerging warehouse markets in Poland.

The Opole region’s inventory of contemporary warehouse, logistics, and production space is predominantly comprised of BTO (built-to-own) or BTS (built-to-suit) initiatives. Panattoni and CTP are among the developers who have constructed facilities in the Opole region to accommodate the unique requirements of individual customers.

The vacancy rate in the Opole Region remained at 2.4% during the first three quarters of 2025, and the new supply of warehouse space remained unaffected. Typically, companies select this market as a reserve or alternative to larger logistics regions.

Manufacturing companies, particularly those in the automotive sector, are among the customers who are interested in renting warehouses in the Opole region. Companies typically expand their operations in the vicinity of cities like Gliwice and Opole, which are situated along the A4 motorway. Companies that are interested in serving consumers from Germany or Southern Europe may find the Opole Voivodeship to be an advantageous alternative.
