The greatest revival takes place primarily in the area of warehouse and commercial real estate, whose prospects of dynamic prosperity are the most certain. This year, medium-sized contracts from 3 to 5 thousand are predominant. sqm. This means that medium-sized companies are developing. The largest demand for warehouse space can be observed primarily in Mazovia, Silesia and Wroclaw.
